Meet the Founders

With nearly 25 years of marriage and a shared passion for healthcare, we saw an opportunity to merge our expertise for a greater cause. After earning a PhD in Public Health and Crystal earning a Master's in Health Informatics, we realized that our experiences could be the key to solving a growing issue in healthcare access. Many individuals face barriers such as transportation challenges, immobility, and the rising costs of healthcare, which make hospital and clinic visits difficult, if not impossible.

Motivated by this need, we decided to create a specimen collection service designed to bring healthcare to those who need it most. Our goal was to help individuals who struggle to get to medical appointments due to factors beyond their control. And as we embark on this new chapter of our lives—not only as life-long partners but as business partners—we're excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

When people ask how we came up with the name of our company, the answer is simple. To compete in the healthcare market, especially in a region where healthcare reigns supreme Every Blood Draw, Every Drop of Sweat, and Every Tear mattered. It took determination, resilience, and unwavering commitment to build something meaningful in such a competitive space.

That’s why we chose the name Every Drop Counts Phlebotomy—because it reflects not only the nature of our work, but the journey it took to get here. And in the end, we succeeded because we never lost sight of the people we’re here to serve.
