Same-Day Scheduling
If you don’t see your preferred time available, please call us at (919) 682-1162 for same-day booking assistance. We’re here to help accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

Evening Collections
If you’re unable to schedule an appointment during normal UPS/FedEx shipping hours (Monday to Friday,  8 AM to 5 PM), we can arrange a collection outside of these hours as long as your kit only contains tube tops that Gold, Red & Black, or Red & Yellow. These kits are eligible for next-morning UPS/FedEx drop-offs.

Saturday Collections
If you’re unable to schedule an appointment during the weekday we can arrange a collection on Saturday, as long as your kit contains tube tops that Gold, Red & Black, or Red & Yellow. These kits are eligible for Monday morning UPS/FedEx drop-offs.

Sunday Appointments
While we are typically closed on Sundays, we may be able to accommodate a special collection at your preferred time s long as your kit contains tube tops that Gold, Red & Black, or Red & Yellow for an additional $20. These kits are eligible for Monday morning UPS/FedEx drop-offs.
